Ownership of Platform Content

All content on The Shortlist – including text, logos, images, design, software, and layout (excluding User Content) – is owned or licensed by us and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, copy, or use this content for commercial purposes without our written consent.

Ownership of User Content

Users retain ownership of the content they submit (e.g. reviews), but grant The Shortlist a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual licence to use, display, reproduce, and distribute that content in connection with the Platform and our services.

Copyright Infringement

If you believe that any content on The Shortlist infringes your intellectual property rights, you may notify us by emailing: XXXXXX

Your notice must include:

  • Your name and contact information;
  • A description of the copyrighted or protected work;
  • The URL or location of the allegedly infringing material;
  • A statement that you believe the use is not authorised by the rights holder or the law;
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorised to act on their behalf.

Upon receipt of a valid notice, we will investigate and take appropriate action, which may include removal of the content and/or suspension of the user.
